Knights of the Drowned Table comes to BrightLocker!
Today, Knights of the Drowned Table was released on BrightLocker. BrightLocker is a first-of-its-kind platform. It enables us to build and stay connected with our audience, interact directly with our subscribers, gain funding, and validate our ideas during development. Over the past weeks, we have been working directly with the BrightLocker team to get our game set up on the platform. The experience has been painless and their team has been nothing but wonderful! We are very excited to be a part of this new and growing platform, and we hope to utilize it as means for our fans to directly shape the future of Knights of the Drowned Table. You can follow and engage with us on BrightLocker by visiting our BrightLocker Page – https://www.brightlocker.com/games/knights-of-the-drowned-table.
8bit Saves the Day
Last month, we were upset to find out that our voice acting plans were turned upside down. However, thanks to the guys and gals from 8bit Geek (www.the8bitgeek.com) we no longer have this problem! Linzi Rachel (@hellolinz) from 8bit Geek recorded our entire Drunken Dunes script and it sounds incredible! She is now the narrator of the Drunken Dunes and her performance is great addition to the game. We are so thankful they were able to get the voice acting done on such short notice and look forward to working with them as the game progresses. You can hear her some of her voice acting in the Sand Devil preview video later on in this post.
DreamHack Prep Continues
DreamHack Denver is only 3 days away! Our entire team is both nervous and excited to attend our first expo! We can’t wait to share Knights of the Drowned Table with the community, and hope that our hard work does not go unnoticed! The last month has been dedicated to ensuring we are showing a quality product, and we do not want to disappoint our fans. We still have a few things to prepare before the event. I will be spending the next few days rehearsing, play testing, and bug fixing to ensure we are fully prepared.
We will be offering a multiplayer demo of the Drunken Dunes, allowing DreamHack guests to take on the Sand Devil with up to two players! The Sand Devil requires teamwork to defeat, and we believe it will be a cool experience for the guests! You can see a sneak peak of the Sand Devil here:
DreamHack Participants will be able to take home some pretty sweet RillyBoss swag as well as an entry for our sweepstakes to win an Oculus Rift and Touch! Swing by our booth for your chance to win! We hope to see you there!
Much love,
Billy
